Qualitative Data
Qualitative data is very valid in data. It involves any infomation that can be captured that is non numerical in nature.
Quantitative Data
Quantitative data gathers data in numerical form which can be put into categories, or in rank order, or measured in units of measurement. This type of data can be used to construct graphs and tables of raw data.
Demographics
Demographics is statistical data relating to the population and particular groups within it. These can include age, gender, race, religion, social class etc.
Psychographics
The study and classification of people according to their attitiudes, aspirations and other psychographic criteria.
